Reel 7 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Reel 7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reel 7 platform, including the website at reel7.biz, all games, sports betting services, live casino features, payment functionality, the VIP Club programme, the Refer a Friend programme, and any other services offered under the Reel 7 brand.

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature on the Reel 7 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Reel 7 platform and should close your account if one exists.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Reel 7. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Reel 7 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page is updated. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the Reel 7 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must be using the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by Reel 7 or any third-party responsible gaming service that Reel 7 recognises.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Reel 7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. This includes but is not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. If verification documents are requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe specified by Reel 7, the account may be suspended and pending withdrawals held pending verification.

Any person found to have registered using false age information will have their account permanently closed and any funds in the account forfeited without the possibility of withdrawal. Reel 7 takes under-age access seriously and will report known instances to relevant authorities where required.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on Reel 7. Multiple accounts per individual — whether using the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. If Reel 7 detects that a player holds more than one account, all accounts involved will be closed, any bonuses associated with those accounts will be voided, and funds in excess of total deposits made may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration or updating your account with false information after registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — username, password, and any security codes. Reel 7 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Reel 7 support immediately and change your password.

Reel 7 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. While 2FA is optional, it is strongly recommended. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive additional security protections that accounts without it do not.

Account Currency

All Reel 7 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted, displayed, or used for any transaction on the platform. Rs amounts shown in your account are actual PKR values with no conversion applied at any stage.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Reel 7 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available in Pakistan:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — interbank fund transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by Reel 7, though your payment provider may impose their own limits. Reel 7 does not charge any deposit fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by Reel 7.

Deposits are credited to your Reel 7 wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider — for Easypaisa and JazzCash this is typically immediate. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact support with your payment reference number.

Reel 7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit that triggers internal risk or fraud detection systems. During such verification, the deposit will be held pending review. If verification is not completed satisfactorily, the payment will be returned to its source.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your Reel 7 account dashboard at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Reel 7 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Processing Times

• Standard accounts: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of request approval. Bank transfers typically complete within 2–6 hours depending on IBFT processing cycles.
• VIP Silver accounts: Priority processing — Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes.
• VIP Gold and Diamond accounts: Near-instant processing for mobile wallet withdrawals.

Verification Before Withdrawal

Reel 7 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold set by our compliance team. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or confirmation of your payment method account matching the name on your Reel 7 account. Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Fees

Reel 7 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, some payment providers may deduct a transaction fee at their end. Reel 7 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Reel 7 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term takes precedence for that bonus only.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses require a wagering requirement before withdrawal unless explicitly stated as "no wagering". The standard wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds in your wallet. Real money funds are always wagered first.
• Reel 7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it suspects the bonus was obtained fraudulently, through bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
• One bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method applies unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

VIP Club

The Reel 7 VIP Club operates on four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier progress is calculated based on total monthly wager volume across all games and bet types on the platform. VIP benefits including cashback, enhanced odds, and personal account management are subject to the current VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page. Reel 7 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and terms at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

Refer a Friend

The Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards when friends they refer register and make qualifying deposits. Referral rewards are only payable on genuine new registrations from individuals who did not previously hold a Reel 7 account. Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referrals from the same household using different contact details are not eligible. Full programme terms are published on the Refer a Friend page.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Reel 7 are governed by the specific rules of the game or sport on which the bet is placed, in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game or bet type before participating.

Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid once it has been confirmed and a bet ID has been issued by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless a specific cash out option is available and exercised within the allowed window.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 across all sports and games.
• Maximum bet: varies by market, event type, and account VIP tier. Maximum limits are shown at the point of bet placement.

Void Bets

Reel 7 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the bet was placed on an event where the result was already determined at the time of placement; the odds displayed contained a manifest error; the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window; or there is evidence of irregular betting patterns. Voided bets result in the stake being returned to your wallet in full.

Match Abandonment — Cricket

For cricket matches abandoned without a result and where no Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustment is applicable, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets that were settled during an active period of play before abandonment stand as settled. Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In cases where odds, lines, or game parameters are published due to a human or system error, Reel 7 reserves the right to void affected bets and settle them at correct prices. Reel 7 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors may have their accounts reviewed.

8 Game Fairness & Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on Reel 7 use certified random number generator software. The RNG system is audited periodically by an independent third-party testing laboratory to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random and that the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

Live casino games on Reel 7 use real human dealers operating from professional studios, dealing physical cards or operating physical equipment on camera. These games are not RNG-based — outcomes are determined by the physical dealing or spinning process visible on the live video feed.

Multiplayer games including Ludo operate with certified RNG dice rolls. There are no computer-controlled bots in any paid multiplayer game on Reel 7. All opponents in paid formats are verified human players. Any account found to be using automated play software, bots, or scripts will be permanently banned and all funds forfeited.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Reel 7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own details or someone else's
• Providing false personal information at registration or during verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform
• Exploiting known errors or bugs in the platform rather than reporting them
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Laundering money through the platform or using it for any other unlawful financial purpose
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not held in your own name
• Abusing the bonus system through patterns that violate the spirit of promotional terms
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Reel 7 staff members or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the Reel 7 platform

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Reel 7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated, if there are concerns about the account's security, or if required by law or regulatory obligation.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Reel 7 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deducting bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a final withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access gaming content. Closure Due to Breach

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Reel 7 may retain any winnings or bonus-derived funds. Real money deposits that are clearly identifiable as genuine deposits that were not involved in the breach will be returned where possible. Reel 7 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure decisions in breach cases.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Reel 7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Reel 7 Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Reel 7 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. All data is handled with appropriate security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

You have the right to request a copy of the data Reel 7 holds about you and to request corrections to inaccurate data. Contact support@reel7.biz for data access requests. Reel 7 will respond within 30 days of a verified request.

12 Responsible Gaming

Reel 7 is committed to responsible gaming. All accounts have access to the following tools through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on deposits
• Loss limits — limits on net gaming losses over a defined period
• Session time reminders — alerts when you have been playing for a set duration
• Reality checks — periodic pop-up summaries of your current session activity
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent account lockout
• Cool-off periods — short-term account pauses without full exclusion

13 Limitation of Liability

Reel 7 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Reel 7 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of:

• Platform downtime or technical failures that prevent you from placing or settling bets
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses you suffer as a result of your own gaming decisions
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure
• Changes to these Terms that you did not read following publication

Nothing in these Terms limits Reel 7's liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. To the extent that liability can be limited under applicable law, Reel 7's total liability to you in respect of any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Reel 7 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version is published at reel7.biz/terms-conditions and the "Last reviewed" date is updated. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, Reel 7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an in-account notification.

Continued use of the Reel 7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

All previous versions of these Terms are superseded by the current published version.
